I am a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Whitney Artutis, LPC. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My areas of focus include trauma recovery, maternal mental health, and cultural or identity concerns, such as the challenges that come with moving or immigration. I also specialize in perinatal mental health.
My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I believe healing happens in the context of safe relationships, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen and supported. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed methods—including CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques—to help clients manage overwhelming emotions and move toward meaningful change and growth in their daily lives. For clients who desire it, I take great care in integrating a faith-based perspective into therapy. I also welcome therapy as a safe space to process painful or complex faith experiences, honoring each client’s unique journey and perspective.
I consider it one of my life’s greatest honors to walk with clients through seasons of difficulty as they make meaning of their stories, rediscover a sense of hope, and build resilience for the road ahead. That might mean identifying strengths, clarifying values, or developing practical coping strategies. Wherever you find yourself in your journey, I already applaud the courage it takes to explore therapy as a source of support. My hope is that this process brings you healing, renewed hope, and the peace of feeling more at home with yourself.
