From the outside, you have it all together—you’re capable, reliable, the one others turn to. But underneath that, you’re exhausted, disconnected, and tired of feeling stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change, no matter how hard you try. It can feel like you’re constantly pushing forward, only to realize the finish line keeps moving.
I work with high-functioning women who are used to being the strong one—the caretakers, and often the “black sheep” in their families or relationships. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, processing trauma or PTSD, or trying to find their way back to themselves after years of putting others first.
As a therapist, I’m down-to-earth and relational. I believe therapy works best when it feels real, collaborative, and grounded. I meet people where they are, and we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to support you in making sense of your experiences while reconnecting with your own internal clarity and strength.
Creating a sense of safety is foundational to this work. Your nervous system, your pace, and your story matter. We move at a pace that honors where you are, offering a space where you can breathe, be seen, and show up exactly as you are.
My work is trauma-informed and includes EMDR, along with somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, to help process what’s been overwhelming or stuck. I also bring humor into the room when it fits—because healing doesn’t have to happen in heaviness alone.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Whitney Artutis, LPC. Before transitioning into counseling, I spent over 15 years working in education and community-based settings, including supporting individuals impacted by substance use.
Outside of therapy, I recharge by being outside—kayaking, hiking, spending time with my dogs, tending to my plants, working out at CrossFit, or binge-watching a good show when I need to unwind.
You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own anymore.
