Hello! I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from Radford University and am currently working towards clinical licensure under the supervision of Abigail Brown, LCSW. I have experience supporting adults with dual diagnoses across both outpatient, residential and community settings, including individuals navigating autism spectrum disorders, substance use, crisis, anxiety and depression. My approach to therapy is very person-centered— I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely heard.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping clients navigate challenges while building on the strengths they already possess. I often incorporate techniques from CBT, DBT, strengths-based and trauma informed approaches to help you build skills, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with interpersonal challenges, boundary setting, and attachment-related concerns. Whether you're healing from difficult life experiences, struggling with relationship challenges, learning to set healthy boundaries, or feeling stuck and unsure of your next steps, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain insight, develop new skills, and create positive changes
that align with your values and goals.
Outside of work, I highly enjoy reading fantasy and thriller novels, exploring local thrift stores, watching movies, and unwinding with a good true crime documentary or podcast!
