I have always believed that meaningful change happens when people feel heard, supported, and empowered. With a deep passion for bridging the gap between individuals and the resources they need, I strive to be an unwavering advocate for every client I meet. Whether someone is facing personal challenges or navigating systemic barriers, I provide a safe and supportive space to help them find clarity, resilience, and hope. 

With extensive experience working in emergency psychiatric care, therapeutic foster care, and community-based mental health services, I have walked alongside individuals in some of their most difficult moments. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing homelessness, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. My expertise in supporting youth and families has shaped my compassionate, individualized approach to therapy. 

I know that healing isn’t one size fits all, it's deeply personal. That’s why I meet each client where they are, offering guidance that is practical, non judgemental, and tailored to their unique journey. No matter where you are in life, I am here to help you take the next step forward.
