I am a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Whitney Artutis, LPC. My specialties include trauma recovery and supporting women in the perinatal and postpartum periods. I also work with adults and college students experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I believe healing happens in the context of safe relationships, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed methods, including CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques, to help clients manage overwhelming emotions and move toward meaningful change and growth in their daily lives. For clients who request it, I take great care in integrating a faith-based perspective into therapy. I honor each client's unique journey, and also welcome therapy as a safe space to process painful or complex faith experiences.
I consider it one of my life’s greatest honors to walk with clients through seasons of difficulty as they make meaning of their stories, rediscover hope, and build resilience for the road ahead. Wherever you are in your journey, I applaud the courage it takes to explore therapy as a source of support.
