Hello! I am glad you are here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who offers individual therapy to adults and teens. I have spent many years working with individuals who have experienced trauma resulting in depression, attachment concerns, insecurities, and poor personal relationships. I love using creative ways to connect with others and start the healing process including music, art, nature and movement. I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy along with others. I offer both in person and telehealth appointments.

I am passionate about working with prenatal/postnatal individuals. Whether you are wanting a family, trying for a family, celebrating a pregnancy, mourning a pregnancy or a loss, or walking through parenthood; I would love to walk along beside you. Postpartum anxiety, depression, and OCD is very real and misunderstood and something I would love to work with you on, whether it’s for you or your partner. I have sought additional consultation and training in couples therapy and  welcome support partners in session to implement healthy communication strategies and to brainstorm struggles in regards to parenting and relational concerns. 

I believe spirituality and faith can be an important part of life. My faith informs my values of compassion, dignity and hope. When requested, I can offer a faith-based perspective but I always welcome clients of differing faiths, backgrounds and experiences. However, if your experiences with spirituality have not been positive then therapy can be a great way to heal. I strive to live a value-driven life rather than a goal-driven life and my hope is that through our sessions together you learn more about yourself and what you value, so that you feel fulfilled and successful in your day to day life.
