Hi and welcome! I am so happy you are here! My name is Hannah Worth, and I am currently a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Whitney Artutis, LPC. I currently hold an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an MS in Psychology. I have ten years of experience working in community mental health and human services settings. I have a background in crisis work as a certified preadmission screening clinician, as well as working with populations of varying backgrounds, including those with developmental and intellectual disabilities and those with serious mental illnesses. Additionally, I have experience working in both individual and group settings for both substance use and mental health counseling.
I am passionate about trauma-informed care and practice from a person-centered approach. I would love to walk alongside you as you navigate this chapter of your life. I draw from approaches including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). I also enjoy incorporating art therapy and mindfulness practices into sessions. Most importantly, creating a safe space for you to process and grow is my primary goal. I believe having a warm and supportive environment is the key to overcoming life’s challenges.
Reaching out is a major first step and can be extremely overwhelming. I am here for you every step of the way as you navigate this chapter of your life. I am currently accepting referrals for adults and teens. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
